The process begins with a client brief, and a team are then assembled to compliment the style of event - in-house production meetings are held to brainstorm ideas and to clarify objectives. The trained in house graphic design team then produce 3D renderings and scale diagrams of proposed set and stage design after several venue visits.
A detailed comprehensive quotation outlining suggested equipment and services is then produced, along with a proposal elaborating on client objectives, and the designated project manager meets with the client to discuss.
